I recently switched to Alfa insurance and so far, I am satisfied with their services. The website is user-friendly and provides all the necessary information. I found their rates to be competitive, and the customer service was satisfactory. However, I did not receive a prompt response to one of my queries, which was a bit disappointing. Nevertheless, overall, I am happy with my decision to switch to Alfa insurance.
