I recently ordered some spa accessories from a website and I have to say that I am somewhat disappointed with the overall experience. While the products themselves are of decent quality, the customer service was lacking. The website was a bit confusing to navigate, and it took longer than expected for my order to arrive. I expected better from Boospa.
