Court is the best agent I've been working with. He is very reliable and takes the time to understand our needs. Court does a great job recommending options and what's the best route to go without being pushy when it comes to your investment. He always does his best to respond to your needs in a timely manner. Court would go to bat for you if you're having problems with builders and/or buyers who are not meeting your expectations or what is promised.
