This system is no better for the employer. Phone system is a mess, wait times have nothing to do with actuality. One wait time was 2 hrs. What kind of service is that. Web site does not work. I am doing this for a elderly woman who could not on her best day have navigated this farce. She is just trying to do what is required by law so she can have some care.
