Evan C. Lai is a gardener that can accomplish miracles in any garden. He has been my gardener for many years and I can attest that no matter how complex or unusual your request the results will be amazingly good. It takes creativity and expertise to design a Dada garden, one of three terraces Evan has designed for me. He has always exceeded my expectations. Were I to assign a rating, Evan C.Lai would score a 10 out of 10. Highly recommend.
