I recently booked a vacation with Gate1 and it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was straightforward. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The representative I spoke with was not very knowledgeable and was unable to answer some of my questions. Overall, I would rate my experience with Gate1 as average.
