Although I had high expectations from a company specializing in innovation management like Think global innovation management, my experience was disappointing. Their customer service was lackluster, and the solutions provided were subpar. The team's responsiveness was below average, and I felt like my concerns were not adequately addressed. I would not recommend Think global innovation management based on my own experience.
