I recently tried the sourdough from thesourdough.co.uk, and I have to say that it is fantastic. The bread has a wonderful texture and flavor that is truly unmatched. The crust is perfectly crisp, and the inside is soft and chewy. I will definitely be ordering more from The sourdough in the future.
