Accomodating customer service who rescheduled my tickets to another weekend as I had a cold and didn't go. This is mentioned in their website as they don't want anyone not feeling well showing up.

Masks are recommended (or mandatory) while not eating but with the spacing between people I'm not sure the uptake is there.
