My rating is for the purchase of real estate in 2014. Depends on the notary clerk you fall on. In this case, we have not had a chance with ours (The clerk in question has left the office since then however I wonder about the selection of their staff and the follow-up they make of it). He botched the job (error in the national number of the seller that I myself went back to the clerk, in the act was mentioned a GA that would have occurred ... in the future, certificate SIAMU missing, IUD not requested, delay in obtaining planning information and IBGE certificate (more than 4 months after the signing of the compromise), did not defend our interests and close the file as soon as possible even proposed a precarious situation ( precarious occupancy agreement.)
