I had an average experience with Salon Software Solutions Ltd. The software worked fine but the customer support could be better. It took them quite a while to respond to my queries, and sometimes their responses were not very helpful. I also found the user interface a bit confusing at times. Overall, it's an okay software, but there's room for improvement.
