I recently purchased some ceramics online and I have mixed feelings about the experience. While the products themselves are of decent quality, I found the website to be a bit confusing and difficult to navigate. Additionally, the customer service was lacking, as my inquiries were not timely addressed. The ceramics arrived in a timely manner, but overall, I was left feeling underwhelmed with the experience.
