I have mixed feelings about my experience with Pur sp. z o.o. The website is visually appealing and easy to navigate, but the customer service could be improved. I faced some difficulties in getting my queries answered, which was frustrating. However, the products I purchased were of satisfactory quality. Overall, I would say that there is room for improvement in terms of customer service.
