The help with the food pantry is good, but the customer service of the Spanish-speaking secretary when you enter, however, is much to be desired. A woman with a rather sour personality and attitude ... I have had very unpleasant moments with this woman because of the way I have been treated and I am not the only one who thinks that about Mrs. Cecibel. I prefer to deal with Mrs. Cherry. She makes things simpler and kinder while the petulant attitude of the lady makes one feel intimidated, as if she were the owner of the place and everything. With a quite rude, haughty and superior attitude. I wish they could move her around so she wouldn't deal with people because I don't think that's her thing. They need, in Spanish speaking, someone who knows how to treat the public and who is not bothered by X or Y reason. I like going to the place, and living together, always. I have been attending for a long time, almost two years, and I have always had that resentment towards this problem and the lady is. Then everything is fine.
