Received a response from Emily at CB flooring...she arranged for a crew to come out and do all of the repairs. This crew was what I expected initially, very professional and prepared to do the job. Also the supervisor from CB flooring on site, stated that they stand behind their work so if any other defects appear they will repair them. This was very reassuring.

Stay away! Purchased a new condo where the floors were done by CB. The floor had a lot of issues and defects. Getting repairs has been difficult and never completed 100%. Please get a different company and save yourself a lot of headaches!
