Perfect place. Very clean and professional. But during that day I didn't wear very professional and I was pushing my heavy luggage and stuff. So the staff didn't thought I was a guest and didn't event bother to help. (There are 4 bellboys and 1 manager looking person) It's pretty disappointing but I guess this hotel's service can't be compared to other hotel in Singapore.
