location is inconvenient, food offerings in club lounge is below standard, too many fried dishes, and spicy dishes, I understand Singaporean love spicy, but a balance is needed, such as some spicy some non spicy dishes. Most of the food offerings were just China Town level. Moreover that pot of porridge served in breakfast session is muddy as pudding. If this defines Horizon club then the club standard is behind the game, while most of the club in other hotels, namely Four Seasons, Grand Hyatt, Ritz Carlton. they offer live station or noodle bar. I also understand the club lounge normally offers appetizers, finger food etc. however Horizon club offered a poor selection of finger food with lacking of fresh fruits.
However, the choice of Jam is very good!
