Bait and Switch. Deceptive advertising for service. Simple oil change was advertised to me by email for $49.95 yet the price was $109.95 when I showed up for my appointment. Email coupon was supposedly for small cars and I own a truck yet the email was "your service offers". They know what I drive and I had brought the truck in before for $49.95 They wouldn't honor their coupon.
