I recently became a customer of Franklin Bank, and I must say my experience has been incredibly positive. The account setup was efficient, and the staff was polite and knowledgeable. I find their online banking platform easy to navigate and secure. I appreciate the attention to detail and the care they show towards their customers. Overall, I would rate them as great and would recommend them to others.
