If changes aren t seen quickly, I will be going to the media. I could give this hospital zero stars, I definitely would. Please do not bring any loved ones to this hospital. The lack of communication is unbelievable, they will encourage your do let your loved ones die, and their staff are extremely condescending. Don t even bother going to the liaison because he s as useless as the letter K in the word knife. I don t know how this hospital is still running. It should be shut down. I have a family member there now and talking to the staff, even doctors, is like talking to a brick wall.
