They seriously deserve negative 10 stars!!!!

They seriously deserve negative 10 stars!!!!

We called for the payoff amount, and were told that they paused all payouts (insurance renewal).
Then called back a week later to make sure they recieved our payoff $ and that everything was in order, then they told me the amount want fully covered because of the insurance check being sent out. That we would have to cancel with insurance.
Called a week later after dealing with the insurance to make sure everything was in order.... again Now they froze the account due to the insurance issue so we will owe more interest in 7 to 14 days when our account is un frozen! Everyone we speak to says something else! All the same day 1st rep says we are perfect on paying off all money is there... 2nd rep we owe 1000 more.... then a manager said we overpaid by 8000$.

Seriously can does anyone have any information that is useful, or ?
