The classes at yogagiraffe.com are great! I've been practicing yoga for a few years now and I have to say that Yoga Giraffe has some of the best instructors I've ever had. They really pay attention to proper form and alignment, which is important to prevent injuries. The studio space is also really nice and has a peaceful ambiance. I always leave class feeling energized and centered. Highly recommend!
