I like Harbor but its time to shout out to managem...

I like Harbor but its time to shout out to management about the absurd and cruel use of a live fish in the women's room in a vase with a bamboo plant. The first one died miserably last week. Many of us complained to management but there is a new fish there now. The poor thing can't even swim horizontally and has very little light. Isn"t this supposed to be a place about health and well-being? Use more plants but why a fish?
