I have been a customer of MENON, RUKMINI MD for several years now, and I must say that their service is average. While they provide the necessary medical care, I feel that the overall experience could be improved. The waiting times can be quite long, and the staff could be more attentive and friendly. However, the doctors are knowledgeable and competent, which is the most important aspect for me.
