Why do I bother to make appointments for oil changes? Had appointment for 10:30am we were told right away they were running behind. We were told it would be 2 hours until our car would be finished. My husband had an even worse experience at your Dodge location...waited 4 hours for oil change. We were told appointments get priority. But that has not been our experience.

As per their response to this review, we called. Of course got some voicemail, left a message that we called, now 5 days or so later no response. Seriously not sincere about wanting to speak to a customer who is not satisfied.
