Service department was ok, fast free Wifi in the waiting area, hot coffee, cold water, clean restrooms. Car was washed and returned promptly. They want my business and acted like it. The work I paid for, out of pocket, was done well.

My car was damaged while an airbag recall was completed. In fixing that damage they put a huge scratch across the steering wheel airbag. It took six days to get the part and get the car back to me. It was kind of a comedy, but I'm not left laughing. No offer of consideration. I'm reluctant to recommend the service department at this time. I might work something out with Mercedes Benz of North America, we'll have to see.

Edit: Thanks to Colin M. and Ryan K, we worked it out and I'm satisfied. These guys stand behind their work and wanted to make it right and I appreciate that. I will be back and I'll be sure to give them another opportunity to keep my business. Thanks.
