I had a mixed experience at The Sushi Man. Some of the dishes were excellent, like the salmon sashimi and the seaweed salad. However, the tempura was a bit greasy, and the miso soup lacked depth of flavor. The service was good, but not outstanding. Overall, it was an okay dining experience.
