I had a great experience with Parkrun South Africa! The organizers were very friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was fantastic. The course was well-marked and scenic, and there were plenty of water stations along the way. I would highly recommend Parkrun to anyone looking for a fun and inclusive running event.
