I had a very average experience with Brownell And CO INC. The customer service was decent, but the quality of their products left something to be desired. Overall, I wouldn't say it was great, but it wasn't terrible either. I probably wouldn't go out of my way to recommend them, but if you're in a bind, they might be worth a shot.
