My experience with Simpliate was average at best. The website was not very intuitive, and I struggled to find the information I needed. The customer service was responsive, but they couldn't answer all of my questions satisfactorily. Overall, I think Simpliate has room for improvement in terms of user experience and providing clearer information on their website.
