I would rate my experience with PROPRIUM as average. While their website looks professional and informative, I found the overall customer service to be lacking. There were several instances where I had to follow up multiple times in order to get a response, which was frustrating. Additionally, the product I received did not meet my expectations based on the description on their website. However, I appreciate that they offer a satisfaction guarantee and were willing to address my concerns.
