Tpi (the printer, inc.) is an average company to work with. Their website, the-printer.com, is easy to navigate and find the information I need. The printer products they offer are of decent quality and reasonably priced. However, their customer service could use some improvement. Overall, my experience with Tpi has been satisfactory.
