I had an average experience with Leixin Gufen. The website lei-xin.cn was easy to navigate and had all the information I needed. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. They were slow in responding to my queries and weren't very helpful in resolving my issues. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I expected better.
