My experience with Schneider industries, inc. was average. The products I ordered were satisfactory, but the customer service was lacking. It took multiple attempts to get a response to my inquiries, and when I finally did, the answers were not very helpful. The website was also a bit confusing to navigate. Overall, I think there is room for improvement in their service.
