The care provided by Beacon Home Care Inc. is good...

The care provided by Beacon Home Care Inc. is good overall. The caregivers are competent and reliable, and they genuinely care about their clients. However, there were a few instances of miscommunication, which caused some inconvenience. I appreciate their efforts but believe there is room for improvement. I recommend Beacon Home Care Inc., but with a minor reservation.
