I have been a customer of Carol Biesinger for a while now and I must say, their service is just average. While they do deliver on their promises, the overall experience is nothing exceptional. The website is user-friendly, but it lacks some important features that would make browsing easier. The customer support is responsive, but not always knowledgeable. It would be great if they could improve in these areas.
