I have been renting an apartment from 1307 Broadway, LLC for the past year, and I must say that my experience has been average. The location is great, close to public transportation and grocery stores. However, the maintenance service could be improved. There have been a few instances where I had to wait for a long time to get a repair done. Overall, it's a decent place to live but there is room for improvement.
