I have been a customer of Tbf Financial, LLC for a while now and I must say that their services are average. The rates are competitive and the website is easy to use. However, their customer service can be improved. There have been a few instances where I had to wait for a long time to get a response or the representative was not knowledgeable enough to address my queries.
