I had a mixed experience with Grefis holidays. While the accommodations and transportation were satisfactory, I found the customer service to be lacking. The staff seemed indifferent and unresponsive to my inquiries. However, the itinerary was well-designed and I enjoyed exploring the beautiful destinations. Overall, it was an average holiday.
