I bought a thirty dollar stream of the Hot Chocolate NutCracker. I have a very busy schedule and only had a couple of hours to watch. Stellar kept signing me out, restarting the stream and the video quality was terrible the entire time. After too much back and forth with Will from stellar they have refused any type of refund. I have tested my internet connection and it is very fast. The problem occurred with the streaming platform and stellar, the streaming platform will not accept responsibility.
