My experience with a travel agency for my recent trip to Turkey was mixed. There were some positive aspects, such as the smooth booking process and timely communication regarding the itinerary. However, I was disappointed with the quality of accommodation provided. The hotel was not up to the standard I expected, and it affected my overall experience. While the agency did try to rectify the issue, it was not done to my satisfaction. I hope they improve in this aspect.
