The customer service at Joss & Main was disappointing. I had an issue with my order, and it took multiple calls and emails to get a resolution. The representatives I spoke with were not very friendly or accommodating. However, once the issue was finally resolved, I was happy with the product I received. Overall, my experience with Joss & Main was average.
