I recently purchased a hot tub from Primo hot tubs and swim spas, and I have to say that my experience was just average. The company website was easy to navigate, and I found their product range to be quite extensive. However, I encountered some issues with the delivery process. The delivery took longer than expected, and there was a lack of communication from the company regarding the delay. Additionally, I had some difficulty in getting assistance from their customer service department when I had questions about the product. On a positive note, once the hot tub was finally delivered, I was pleased with its quality and performance. Overall, my experience with Primo hot tubs and swim spas left me with mixed feelings.
