I recently worked with a PR company for my business promotion and ended up choosing Sarah Rose Public Relations. Overall, my experience with them was average. The company website, sarahrosepr.com, provided a good first impression with an easy-to-navigate layout, and their portfolio showcased some impressive clients. However, my interaction with their team left something to be desired as it lacked enthusiasm and personalized attention. Communication was adequate but lacked promptness at times. The strategies they employed yielded average results, nothing exceptional. On the positive side, they did deliver what was promised, but I expected a bit more creativity and innovation. In conclusion, Sarah Rose Public Relations is an average PR company with room for improvement in terms of client engagement, communication, and generating outstanding results.
