I recently used the services of this firm for a real estate transaction. The website was informative and easy to navigate, providing helpful resources. However, the communication from the firm was a bit lacking at times, which led to some confusion and delays in the process. The staff seemed knowledgeable, but a more proactive approach to keeping clients informed would be beneficial. Overall, my experience was average - not exceptional, but not terrible either. I appreciate the assistance provided, but I do think there is room for improvement in terms of client communication and attention to detail.
