I had an average experience with The Wine Enthusiast. The website was not very user-friendly and it took some time to find what I was looking for. The customer service was satisfactory, but I felt that their responses were lacking in detail. However, the wines I ordered were of good quality and tasted great. Overall, it was a decent experience, but I hope to see improvements in the website's functionality and customer service.
