Bad experience. I ordered online and payed for my food with my credit card. I got an email confirmation saying that my payment was processed and my food would be ready by 12:26 pm. I got to the restaurant and the cashier said I owed $12.98. I told I payed online and she said she didn't see anything. I offered to pay with google pay and she said no. The cashier said she needed the physical card to swipe it. I checked my bank account and it showed that I made payment. The cashier went to get her manager. The manager was rude from the start. She told me she could not find my payment. I showed her my bank account and the receipt and she said " where is that receipt from? I don't know what that is." By this time, I was embarrassed and I was ready to leave without the food I had already paid for. My coworker kindly offered to pay for my food and gave the manager his credit card. The manager came back and said she found my payment. By this time, my food was cold and I had to go back to work. The manager didn't apologize to me and seemed annoyed by the situation. She just handed me my food and left. I threw away the food and I went back to work. The manager was rude and didn't believe me when I told her I payed online. I'm never going back to Buffalo Bros.
