I recently hired a commercial cleaning service from this company, and while their website is user-friendly and their customer service is prompt and helpful, I found the actual cleaning service to be just average. The cleaners were thorough, but not exceptional, and I noticed some areas were overlooked. The pricing was fair, but I expected a higher level of attention to detail for the cost.
