I recently purchased a book from Hay House, Inc. and I must say the overall experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and the checkout process was smooth. However, the shipping was a bit slow and the packaging could have been better. The content of the book was great though, so I would still recommend Hay House, Inc. to others.
