4Some specializes in management and maintenance of building-related installations. We focus entirely on buildings that are in use, so we are emphatically not a new build installer. Our name 4Some (four) refers to the four players in the field. Commissioned by the owner, manager or user of a building, we are the fourth party in the chain with the common goal: optimal maintenance and management.

After its establishment in 2001, 4Some has grown into a nationally operating technical management and maintenance company based in IJsselstein (UT). On behalf of renowned clients, we maintain and manage approximately 180 buildings with a size of 5,000 to 85,000 m2. We do this with excellently trained (service) technicians and in-house specialists in seven fields.

With 75 employees, we are a medium-sized company. We are involved with our clients and attach great value to personal contact. Our teams work account-oriented with an object manager as a permanent contact person. Due to our flat organizational structure and short communication lines, we can act quickly and respond flexibly to your wishes.
